Triad foodies are learning about the “Warfield Pressure”
Chef Ebony and Sean Warfield are known to apply the “Warfield pressure” – it’s a term they coined to help each other always improve their craft. It appears to be working as the husband and wife duo have moved from serving thousands of soldiers in the army to managing the back of house at many of the most well respected local eateries – Noble’s, The Katharine, Sir Winston, Willow’s, and Sweet Potatoes are just a few places where you can find their fingerprints. Now Chef Ebony Warfield has joined restaurant operator Kathleen Barnes at 6th & Vine and Chef Sean Warfield is backing up Chef John Wilson at Sophie’s Cork & Ale.
